Would this be a good knife for spatchcocking chickens or turkeys?
It is certainly sharp enough for the job, but we do not recommend it since it should not be used to cut hard material such as bones. Use the cleaver version instead!

Sure! It works perfectly on boneless beef, this will work on ground beef, cubes, stripes, everything!

The is designed for slicing meat or vegetable effortlessly, the blade is thinner than the cleaver which is a heavy duty knife packed with punching power to cut through bones and ribs.

Do I need to sharpen the knife? If yes, how do I sharpen it?
